How Pricing Works
Base Price
The Low and High you set here are the Houston standard rates. The quote builder uses the midpoint by default. You can override per-line in the quote.
ZIP Multiplier
When a ZIP code is entered on a quote, these base prices are multiplied automatically (e.g. River Oaks 77019 = 1.5×, so a $5/sqft job becomes $7.50/sqft).
Your Cost %
This is what you spend to deliver the service (labor + materials) as a % of your charge. Lower = more profit. Typical range is 50–65%.
